NOVAL Scholarship
NOVAL will be awarding two scholarships this year:
- 2013 NOVAL Leadership Scholarship Application This is a $1,000 scholarship awarded to a college student on the basis of community service, academic performance, recommendations and a 1000-word limit essay.
- 2013 NOVAL Most Spirited VSA Award This is a $1,000 scholarship awarded to a VSA team that demonstrate to us through any and all communicative means that their VSA is the most active VSA in promoting the Vietnamese culture at their school. We will also consider as a bonus participation in VietFest 2013.
